Jennifer Sheldon is a systems ecologist and technical writer with an applied research emphasis on wild dogs.
Her expertise includes working with multi-disciplinary and stakeholder teams. She is co-founder of Yellowstone Ecological Research Center where she worked for 17 years, the last 10 as senior research scientist. She is currently living in British Columbia working on projects which include:
- Science outreach for engagement of wider audiences in sustainability initiatives.
- Development of visualization models to help scientists improve their ability to tell meaningful stories about ecology.
- A book on ecological resilience and the human dimension which will be out in 2015.
